Tasting notes

The blend of the precocious aromatic gravely origin and the structured powerful calcareous produces a wines with extraordinary flavours in 2000. Rich, powerful, spicy but really enjoyable today, this wine summarize the concept of gewürztraminer in Alsace. The sweetness is completely hidden in the wine, which makes it perfect food companion, given that the meal is tasty enough !
